Lining too big

"I didn’t realize till I wore these in the lake that the lining fabric is cut bigger than the outside. They fit fine dry, but getting out of the water the lining bunches up and sticks out the legs and waist. Cute fit and covers everything, I just expected way better quality from Coco Reef. Maybe it’s a one off? I’d love to order more, but afraid to take the chance."
