Lift your arms and wrap the tape under your armpits straight across the fullest part of your bust.

Wrap the tape directly underneath your breasts where the band of a bra would go.

Bend side to side, finding where your body creases and wrap the measuring tape across (usually it will be the narrowest point of your torso).

HIPS
Measure at the fullest part of your bottom with your feet straight below your hips.
Tip: measure your hips while both sitting and standing

Wrap the measuring tape at a slight angle between the legs and over your shoulder
