Pretty top for sunbathing but not in the water

"I bought this for a get-away at a resort that has many indoor water features. The first one I tried was the hot tub. The layers of material floated up away from my body. Then when getting out, some layers were stuck together vs flowing back down to where they belonged. My hubby had to pull them down in the back, pretty awkward. On a positive note, it’s really pretty, fits good. Great for sunbathing."
